Deeksha Mentors empowered Kerala.com

A one day empowerment workshop was organized for the officials and staff of Kerala.com and Kerala Travel Division at Hotel Park Central Inn, Kaloor on Mar.21, Sunday, under the initiative of Kerala.com management. The resource person was Mr.Jayanth, of Deekshamentors who is a well known consultant and trainer in leadership & personality development. During the course of the workshop, he focussed on various aspects pertaining to the topic like goal-setting, decision-making, time-management, strategic planning etc. Making use of slide shows in his presentation, he highlighted these aspects and interacted with the team members, engaging them in activities which set them on thinking & action mode. The workshop was aimed at inspiring the team as a whole, and giving them the motivation required for the right attitude and action to become a permanent achiever in life. The overall team participation and response was good. A detailed report will follow.
